Wednesday 8th Sept 99	DAY 5 Raleigh NC
Slept in till 11am!! Went to 'Danny's' for lunch for Barbeque - plenty of meat, carbohydrates and cholesterol but NO choice of salads, either you have one or you don't! Chris had a conference out of town so we had a quiet night in front of the TV exploring the 500 different channels, it's amazing how long it takes to flick through each one. It's also amazing how little difference between them there really is, you can have home shopping, home exercise, home shopping, documentaries, home shopping, movies or home shopping and they're all the same. It didn't take long before Steve lost patience with our random channel switching and we had to relinquish the remote.
