Sunday 12th Sept 99	DAY 9 Washington DC
Another tourist day. Visited the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum and the Natural History Museum. The Air and Space Museum is a vast, well organised display, very educational and the Natural History Museum has a great collection but we only had time for a quick look - wish we'd had longer. We sat in the shade in the park and ate icecream and played with Lochie and walked through the Sculpture Garden opposite the Smithsonian, very relaxing. That night we went to the Welcome Party for the ACDCA National Specialty and met, in person, so many of the people we know from online. It was a lot of fun, we had a ball!
