Samples of flooring types

All flooring types can be coated in a variety of finishes. We recommend a durable single pack polyurethane in gloss levels of high gloss, semi gloss and satin or you may prefer the subtle lustre of traditional Tung Oil.

Consideration should be given to the traffic-level of the floor you are coating - avoid using high gloss finishes in high traffic areas as they will lose their shine more quickly and areas of wear (eg doorways, in front of the sink or fridge in the kitchen) will become obvious. Choose instead a satin or semi-gloss finish that will hide wear for these areas.
